U.S. Shipping & Delivery

Our items can be delivered anywhere within the U.S. (including Alaska/Hawaii) as available through UPS. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. For alternate shipping, please contact us. All charges are in U.S. funds only.


Delivery Schedule In stock items are typically shipped within the 48 states in 3-5 business days from the date your order is received. Estimated shipping arrival time is approximately 4-7 business days after the date your order is processed (Depending on your location and method of shipment).

Order Processing Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

RECYCLED PACKAGING: In our effort to minimize waste, we may use recycled packaging materials (Boxes) to ship our products. Please notify us in special packaging arrangements are required.


International Shipping & Delivery

Sales Tax

Based on the recipient's mailing address, sales tax will only be collected in California at 8.25%.


Returns & Refunds

Customers wishing to return merchandise to the Giftshop at Our Lady of the Angels Cathedral must first contact us via email at:

Please include your order # and a brief explanation for the nature of your return.

Defective or damaged products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of customer invoice date. Replacement item(s) will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise. Returns can be made to:

Please include a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the product defect with your returned merchandise. Allow 7 to 14 business days for processing returns.

If approved, you can expect your refund or exchange within one week from the time we receive your return. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for your credit to appear.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable for any return other than a Giftshop shipping error.


Order Confirmations

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the Cathedral Giftshop. This e-mail will contain your confirmation number as well as your order number.

If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail with an explanation of the problem along with an e-mail address which can be used to contact one of our customer service specialists.

Out of Stock Items: In the case an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email and notified of the adjusted delivery date.
